annupuri area outlineAnnupuri is the furthest south west of the 4 linked resorts in Niseko (the Niseko United) and many visitors think it offers the best terrain of all the resorts.
It has 6 lifts and 13 courses over a vertical descent of 760 metres. Above the ski hill is the "back bowl", accessable from Hirafu, which offers some of the wildest off-piste skiing in Niseko. The off-piste skiing continues into Annupuri, which has several areas to explore. Annupuri is joined to the other resorts at the top of the hill (for skiers) and by the Niseko Free Passport Bus (winter only).
The Annupuri area offers a handful of restaurants, bars, pensionnes and hotels below the ski hill. It is perfect for the visitor keen on getting as many fresh lines as possible in peaceful settings.
In summer, Annupuri is popular with domestic visitors and, as with the other resort areas, is a good base for summer activities such as fishing, cycling, ballooning, paragliding, hiking and horse riding.

annupuri real estate
Annupuri has been almost exclusively developed by Annupuri Village, who have master planned several large-acre plots to retain space and a feeling of exclusivity. On these plots, several large North American style properties have been built; perfect for the investor that enjoys privacy, space and carefully planned development. Investment in Annupuri has not yielded the explosive capital growth seen in Hirafu but the prices have remained steady. As prime land becomes developed around the ski hills, the large blocks in Annupuri will offer a sense of exclusivity and therefore offer good long-term potential.
Land in close proximity to the hill is limited and most of the land directly below the lifts is leased by Chuo Bus, who own and manage the ski resort. The access roads from Annupuri to Moiwa and Higashiyama have been popular with investors due to their proximity to the ski hill, freehold status and low price.
